You probabvly won't remember - but Friday 11th May you somehow managed to accommodate my party of 21 people for a meal after the traumas of the day regarding the fire at Orsett Hall.
I would like to say a very big thank you to you all, especially the two girls who waited at tables and were also behind the bar. Considering the short notice, the food and service from everyone was excellent.
